I was initially apprehensive as there was not a showroom i could walk into and view my purchase before hand. But the team worked with me online to answer my questions, ensure the customisations I wanted where achievable and my delivery window was possible. The delivery team where awesome even having to carry one piece up the stairs as it did not fit in my sevice elevator. Most importantly the build quality is awesome and well worth the price tag.
