Delivery Timelines:

Standard Orders: Delivered across the UAE within 10–15 working days

Express Delivery (Standard Orders): 5–10 working days

Custom Orders: 15–30 working days, depending on design complexity

Projects: Delivered as per agreed timeline and scope

Installation Included:

Free installation and assembly are provided for all orders within the UAE.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

 

CASE: 1) Standard Products (Listed Items)

Most of our products are made to order, so we’ve created a fair and transparent return policy.

 

Order Cancellation

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund (3% processing fee applies)

• After 24 hours, the order enters production and the below conditions apply


🔁Return Scenarios (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

 

Item Not As Described

• Contact Customer Care if the item received differs from the product listing

Confirmed not as described: Free exchange

Confirmed as described: No refund

 

Late Delivery

Standard Orders: If delivery exceeds 30 days from order date → Full refund

Express Orders:

        • Delayed over 20 daysAED 350 store credit

        • Delayed over 30 daysFull refund

 

Change of Mind

• Within 24 hours from placing the order: Full refund (minus 3% fee)

• After 24 hours from placing the order: Store credit, minus production costs

 

Damaged Item on Delivery

• Contact us immediately upon receipt

Confirmed damage: Free replacement with priority delivery

 

Wrong Size / Fit

• All dimensions are clearly listed — please measure your space carefully

If the item doesn’t fit due to customer error: Accepted for store credit only, minus production costs

 

⚠️ Note: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. After that, only warranty service may apply.


🛠️ CASE: 2) Custom Orders (Tailored Products)

 

🚫 Non-Refundable:

• Custom-made items are crafted to your specifications and cannot be refunded

• Please double-check all details before confirming your order

 

Damaged Custom Orders:

• If your custom item arrives damaged, we will remake and replace it free of charge, with expedited delivery

 

Late Delivery

Custom Orders: If delivery exceeds 30 days from order date → Full refund

 


🚫 CASE: 3) Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Perishables (e.g., plants, flowers)

• Bedding (mattresses, pillows, sheets)

• Rugs and carpets

• Intimate or sanitary items

• Hazardous or flammable materials

• Gift cards


💳 Refund Processing

 

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider
