Custom-made furniture usually takes 15–30 working days, depending on the design complexity and selected materials.When you place your order, we’ll provide a clear estimated delivery timeline, so you know exactly when to expect your furniture, ensuring full transparency at every step.
📦What is the delivery timeline for large-scale projects?
For large furnishing projects such as hotels, offices, or retail spaces, delivery and installation follow the agreed project schedule. We work closely with you to set realistic timelines and guarantee smooth execution, so your project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
📦 Can you store my order if I’m not ready to receive it?
Yes! We provide free storage until the end of your scheduled delivery month. If you need extra time, we can store your order based on your order dimensions, storage rate starts from AED 500 per month afterward. Simply inform our Customer Care team at least 14 days in advance, and we’ll get your order ready for delivery when you’re ready.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair: Standard Products:Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund (3% fee applies). After that, cancellation fees may apply. Custom Orders:Cancel within 24 hours, a store credit refund minus production fees applies. After that, orders are non-refundable.
💳Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery(COD). However, all purchases can be made securely online through our trusted payment partners or Bank transfer/deposit to our company bank account, ensuring a smooth, safe, and convenient checkout experience.

Can I return an item I bought?
Yes if applicable. Since the majority of our production is locally custom-made, returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, and our return policy applies on return cases
What if the product is not as described?
If your order doesn’t match the product images or specifications on our website, you may request a return. Once verified, we’ll provide a free exchange. Return policy applies.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Severe Damage: We’ll replace or exchange the item at no extra cost. Minor Delivery Damage (e.g., small scratches, dents, chipped edges): Our service team will repair the item on-site at no charge.
📦What happens if my standard order is delayed?
If your standard furniture order takes longer than 30 days from the order date, you’ll receive a full refund, No questions asked.
⚡What if my express delivery order is delayed?
We value your time and back our ExpressDelivery Service with guarantees: Over 20 days delayed → You’ll receive AED 350 store credit as compensation. Over 30 days delayed → You’ll receive a full refund.
💬How can I check the status of a delayed delivery?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?"
Yes, you may request a return within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, though you may still be eligible for store credit minus production cost  or returns under other applicable reasons.

Since all product dimensions are clearly listed on our website, we encourage you to measure your space carefully before ordering. If the item doesn’t fit due to customer error, we still accept returns for store credit only (minus production costs). ⚠️ Please note: Returns cannot be accepted if the item does not fit in elevators or entryways. Unfortunately, no. Customized items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or refunded. Exchanges are possible within 14 days but may require additional production time.

❌Can I cancel my custom order?
Within 24 hours: You can cancel and receive store credit (minus production fees). After 24 hours: The order enters production and becomes non-refundable.

If your custom furniture is damaged during delivery, we will remake and replace it free of charge, with priority, Expedited delivery to minimize any delay.

We aim to deliver on time, but if your custom order exceeds 30 days from the order date, you are eligible for a full refund.

What does the warranty cover?
